I have pulled from my investor pool a number of cash sales that aid in the stabilization projects in and around Chicago. My real estate credentials include; Certified Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Income Property Analysis, Certified Short Sale, Foreclosure and Real Estate Owned Specialist.

Established in 2003 I began my career at the oldest brokerage in Wicker Park, BBC Realty (Est. 1977). This neighborhood changed dramatically in the late 90's and early 2000's. The extremely active market taught me the ins-and-outs on the quick and with a whip. This experience brought me to a professional level that understood how to manage the expectations and negotiations of developer demands, cut-throat brokers, and the bold, early comers to the neighborhood willing to take a chance on a burgeoning area of class and exceptional offerings. Graduating from the University of Redlands, Johnston College for Integrative Studies, I achieved a B.A. in Communications and B.S. in Biology; with Minors in French and Polynesian Ethnology.
