Specialties

I specialize in representing clients who purchase and sell condos, town-homes, single-family homes and income property within the City of Chicago and the metropolitan area (including Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, and McHenry counties in Illinois).

I have a wide range of management experience; from estate administration to individuals with unique property servicing needs, to multi-unit commercial property management. In recent years, distressed property has been at the forefront in the Chicago area market. I have pulled from my investor pool a number of cash sales that aid in the stabilization projects in and around Chicago. My real estate credentials include; Certified Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Income Property Analysis, Certified Short Sale, Foreclosure and Real Estate Owned Specialist.

I approach my client interactions in my most natural state; a mix of professionalism and raw, unrestrained knowledge. My personality attracts buyers and sellers that want unfiltered information. I present data with a keen, business acumen. I invest time in detailed reports and research with compulsive organization; and temper face to face interaction with honesty, integrity, wide open eyes and ears. Some of my best qualities are patience and the ability in earning a comfortable and trusting relationship with my buyers and sellers.

History

Established in 2003 I began my career at the oldest brokerage in Wicker Park, BBC Realty (Est. 1977). This neighborhood changed dramatically in the late 90's and early 2000's. The extremely active market taught me the ins-and-outs on the quick and with a whip. This experience brought me to a professional level that understood how to manage the expectations and negotiations of developer demands, cut-throat brokers, and the bold, early comers to the neighborhood willing to take a chance on a burgeoning area of class and exceptional offerings. I brought my business to KoenigRubloff in 2008 and am proud to have the top real estate brokerage in Chicago support me and my clients’ needs with marketing, administration and a superior group knowledge bank coming from all of my KoenigRubloff colleagues.

About Me

Graduating from the University of Redlands, Johnston College for Integrative Studies, I achieved a B.A. in Communications and B.S. in Biology; with Minors in French and Polynesian Ethnology.

I have a unique ability to merge skills in critical thinking, business development and artistic expression into one. I have worked in the entertainment industry, education development and business marketing before entering into real estate as a career.

My demeanor and drive draws from a diverse background of interests and experiences. I pride myself in my ability to present the facts, manage elements of surprise and provide solutions to the ever changing scenarios that occur in real estate sales. I strive to meet and discover the real estate needs of all my clients and choose my words with care, ensuring I convey clear, candid communication to prepare a solid base for working with buyers and sellers alike. I excel at organization and am dedicated to meet my clients’ goals and exceed their expectations.
